01 / THE MOMENTThat idea is asking for your attention.

The idea keeps following you.
Give it two honest hours.

You do not need another course or a louder pep talk. You need a useful room, a clear surface, and someone prepared to think with you—not sell to you.

01

You have the idea—not the shape.

You can see the opportunity, but the offer, audience, or first move is still fuzzy.

02

Everyone you ask is being polite.

Encouragement feels good. What you need is an honest second set of eyes willing to test the idea with you.

03

You’re trying to solve it alone.

The same questions keep circling because there is no room, structure, or experienced operator to think beside you.

04

The nine-to-five keeps winning.

The idea matters, but daily life keeps pushing it to tomorrow. Two focused hours can finally make it concrete.

02 / THE FORGEMany paths in. One decision out.

Bring the messy version

The Forge Session. One idea compressed into a decision.

The principle

Many possible paths enter. One clear decision leaves.

The Forge is not about adding more ideas. It compresses the noise, tests what holds up, and gives the next 90 days a direction.

Who earns the chair

You have a real idea and receipts from trying.

You can describe the problem plainly, share what you have already done, and stay in the room when the questions get uncomfortable.

What this is not

Inspiration, passive curiosity, or outsourced ownership.

Mark will not build the business for you. The session creates clarity and compression; responsibility for what happens next stays with you.

03 / THE APPROACHA simple structure for useful honesty.

What happens in the room

From plain language to one page and one decision.

01

Tell it plainly

Explain the idea in your own words, without investor language or a polished performance.

02

Find the real problem

Clarify what is being sold, who would pay, and the root problem the idea actually serves.

03

Take honest inventory

Separate skill gaps from evidence of commitment, then sort what can be learned, bought, or hired.

04

Sequence 90 days

Build from what already works: more of it, then better, and only then something new.

05

Own the next decision

Leave with a one-page Forge Sheet and one decision that only you can make.
